MONBAN was born from Matteo Bisol, with the goal of producing wines with minimal intervention, seeking to combine the authenticity of our grandparents’ wines with the skills and experience that the natural wine world has developed in recent years.
The grapes ferment spontaneously without added sulfites, the wines are not filtered.
We want to demonstrate that even in our hills it is possible to make wine this way.
